    Would you prefer your groceries from Target or Walmart? We are happy to shop at these stores as well to ensure you get just what you want.

  • We happily deliver to all Walt Disney World Resorts as well as some surrounding hotels!

     

    For the following Walt Disney World resorts, you DO NOT need to meet your shopper for delivery. Orders will be delivered and left with Bell Services for you to pick up at your convenience.

  • Finalized orders must be submitted at least 3 days PRIOR to the requested delivery/pick-up day. You are welcome to start your list as early as you'd like and you can make changes as often as you need prior to that 3-day mark.

  • Absolutely, it's easy!  Select "Custom Item" while shopping and use the notes box to enter details about the item you would like to order.  

    The stores we shop at (i.e., Publix, Target, Walmart) offer a variety of products, so we are more than happy to work with you in procuring the items you require*.  Please keep in mind that brand availability may vary from region to region.

     

    *Ingredients and nutritional content may vary. Magical Resort Run will not assume any liability or responsibility in regards to allergens and cannot guarantee that any products are entirely free of allergens.

  • For guests who are staying at Walt Disney World Resorts: We typically handle shopping and oftentimes delivery the day prior to your arrival at the resort.  This allows us time for shopping and packaging your groceries.  For this reason, we recommend scheduling your delivery for the same day you intend to pick up your order or check in at the resort.  Please be aware that perishable items will be packed separately and stored in refrigerators or freezers by Bell Services. 

    For guests who are staying at non-Disney resorts, including third-party resorts on Disney property: You MUST be present for delivery.  For this reason, we recommend that you schedule your delivery date and time to ensure that you are at the resort and are able to meet your shopper during the requested delivery window.  We typically handle shopping the day prior to your arrival at the resort to allow ample time for obtaining and packaging your groceries.

  • If an item(s) is out of stock, your shopper will message or call you while shopping to ask about substitution options.  If we can't reach you, we'll replace it with a comparable item. Please keep in mind Items are subject to store availability.

  • Your initial $25.00 shopping/delivery fee will include 1-2 stops.  There will be an additional $10.00 fee for each additional stop that is requested.

  • When your order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for a $20.00 refundable deposit to secure payment information. Upon completion of shopping, we will bill your card on file for ALL groceries and fees and you will receive an email with your receipt.

     

    We accept all major credit cards.

  • Yes, grocery orders can be canceled up to 3 days PRIOR to scheduled delivery. To cancel the grocery order, please email or text us.
